This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and public representative of the company on-site, assisting customers with their technical requirements.
• Ensure the prompt execution of repair and maintenance orders, which includes commissioning and providing user instruction.
• Swiftly escalate technical issues to central second-level support when necessary.
• Complete service orders and meticulously document all service activities within IT systems.
• Act as a liaison and driving force among customers, internal service and product departments, and sales teams.
• Possess a completed technical vocational training or have otherwise gained relevant technical knowledge.
• Display a genuine enjoyment for direct customer interaction.
• Have a solid understanding of IT systems and network technology.
• Bring several years of professional experience to the role.
• Exhibit a high level of technical aptitude and creativity.
• Be business-fluent in German.
