Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Performs troubleshooting, servicing, installation, and repair of Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment.

• Maintains a field service log and an organized filing system.

• Conducts follow-up calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Responsible for addressing daily service repair requirements.

• Cultivates positive customer relationships and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or relevant Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical).

• At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Must be willing and able to travel on short notice.
