Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate advanced machinery at customer locations.

• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and knowledge, demonstrating a strong level of passion and commitment.

• Show your ability to acquire new skills on advanced CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) by utilizing both mechanical and electronic proficiency.

• Complete and accurate management of necessary administrative paperwork.

• Be solution-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and innovative environment.

• Travel requirement of 90-100% within the service area, including international travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Alternatively, completion of a technical school program, or attainment of an associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electronics or Industrial Mechanics.

• Consideration will also be given to training and experience from a Military Technical School.

• Prior experience using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems is required.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds without assistance.

• Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per work week, including regular and overtime hours.

• Ability to thrive in an industrial production shop floor setting.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for customer service are essential.
