This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide exceptional technical customer service and support.
• Collaborate directly with the Technical Service Group.
• Oversee multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with customers; supervise equipment, service machinery, and travel to client locations.
• Foster service success that enhances customer satisfaction, boosts retention rates, and increases profitability.
• Support TechniBlend (OEM) equipment and systems at client production sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related technical issues with equipment, implementing effective solutions.
• Utilize remote access software and direct communication with clients to monitor equipment performance and effectiveness.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of control systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Execute modifications, upgrades, and routine maintenance on existing equipment to satisfy customer needs and requirements.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients while collaborating professionally with fellow technical service and engineering teams.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Generate timely, accurate, and detailed service reports.
• Understand customer needs and make suitable recommendations and modifications as necessary.
• Coordinate field service appointments and customer troubleshooting requests using Salesforce – Field Service Lightning.
• Manage travel and expenses through expense management software in accordance with company policies.
• Demonstrated experience and aptitude in field service and technical service.
• Capability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time (primarily within the USA).
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in organizing, scheduling, and executing work assignments with minimal oversight.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of the safe operation of hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-honed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive technical understanding of process and/or industrial automation.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform mechanical and physical tasks.
• Preferred experience of 3 to 5 years in installation, industrial maintenance, and troubleshooting of processing systems.
• Associate's or technical degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Higher education in engineering, electronics, programming, etc., is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process systems used in the brewing, food & beverage production industries.
• Familiarity with various control systems and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), particularly Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley systems.
• Experience with mechanical process equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and other components.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
