Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical maintenance of hardware and software for products and components.

• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and various services while also executing minor repairs on products.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functioning and addresses any identified issues.

• Organizes service appointments, completes necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to facilitate service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria are mandatory.
