Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and various services, as well as performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates concerns in accordance with established protocols.

• Coordinates service appointments, completes necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and clarity regarding product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or relevant work experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of applicable experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience in Field Services is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements of DN's fleet policy are required.
