This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provides education and training to our subscribers and caregivers regarding our products and services in a professional and respectful manner.
• Handles work orders from Lifeline pertaining to installation, training, customer service, or retrieval of equipment and/or products.
• Completes assigned tasks from work orders on the scheduled date and within the designated timeframe, ensuring service excellence for our customers.
• Coordinates service and retrieval appointments with subscribers/caregivers while adhering to expected service and quality standards.
• Familiarizes subscribers and caregivers with Lifeline equipment and services, ensuring their comfort in using them.
• Adheres to protocols for communicating the status and issues related to work orders while overseeing and managing an inventory of equipment.
• Submits Care Plan Agreement and other necessary documents and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Offers management feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• May require occasional evening and/or weekend appointments for emergency service work orders.
• A valid Driver’s license is required (up to 75% travel within a 100-mile radius).
• Ability to adapt training to fulfill the needs of our subscribers.
• Basic knowledge of simple communication and electronic devices (laptop, cell phone, online business applications).
• Capability to organize and prioritize various tasks while following step-by-step installation instructions.
• A caring and compassionate individual who demonstrates natural patience with senior citizens who may be apprehensive about change.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Eligibility for mileage reimbursement.
