Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Implement seasonal go-to-market and service strategies throughout Maryland and Delaware

• Assist retail partners with in-person store visits, product demonstrations, and engagement on the sales floor

• Generate enthusiasm and awareness for Altra by collaborating with retail and community partners

• Represent Altra at local events, races, and selected national expos

• Ensure comprehensive, precise, and timely reporting of activities using designated tools

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in specialty retail (preferably in running or outdoor specialties)

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field service

• Knowledge of the Altra product range

• Experience in fitting and selling technical footwear

• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Outlook)

• Access to reliable transportation
