Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the field-based Connected Health service team.

• Support the sales team in positioning digital health products and service solutions to align with customer needs.

• Identify customer requirements, create tailored strategies, foster customer commitment to change, and enhance the value of ADC's digital solutions, laying the groundwork for successful implementation and sustained customer satisfaction.

• Lead the Connected Health Integration Executives and serve as a resource for commercial sales teams to boost product adoption among customers nationwide.

• Take an active role in developing service sales strategies; proactively identify challenges and present management with options for resolution.

• Communicate effectively with sales and support teams through regular meetings to establish best practices and inspire them to promote services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Computer Science or a related IT field.

• At least 5 years of relevant education and work experience in IT, particularly in Project Management and supporting digital healthcare solutions, including EHR integration and cloud-based products.

• Preferred expertise in IT applications, infrastructure, and their impact on business within a hospital/healthcare environment.

• Must possess a high energy level, along with a positive and confident demeanor.

• Experience in installing or supporting mission-critical software or infrastructure is required.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Proficient at recognizing alternative perspectives for problem-solving and utilizing diverse sources for innovative ideas and inspiration.

• PMP Project Management certification is preferred.

• Experience with EPIC and/or related certification is preferred.
