This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Deliver on-site assessment, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices.
• Work in partnership with customers to guarantee optimal functionality and dependability of equipment.
• Recognize opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements.
• Maintain efficient communication with customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Complete all administrative tasks punctually, ensuring timely documentation completion.
• A degree or equivalent in an engineering field is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of service operations.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining intricate electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with medical devices such as linear accelerators, MRI, CT, or other similar modalities is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
