Field Service Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute routine maintenance visits at customer sites

• Carry out visual and functional assessments of our systems based on established checklists

• Replace standard components such as switches, housing parts, and antennas

• Record completed tasks accurately

• Engage with customers in a friendly and solution-focused manner

• Work closely with the service team for any technical questions or escalations

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in a technical or vocational field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, automotive technician, or similar) or equivalent professional experience

• Manual dexterity and a preference for structured tasks

• Dependable and self-sufficient working style

• Friendly personality with a customer-oriented approach to communication

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (for technical documentation and team interactions). German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
