This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction across all job functions.
• Foster a sense of urgency to promptly address customer needs, prioritizing a “first time fix” approach.
• Oversee a customer account comprehensively and identify opportunities for added value.
• Cultivate and enhance strong customer relationships while contributing to both individual and district revenue achievements.
• Facilitate the expansion of field service maintenance agreements through consistent monthly billing.
• Attain visibility and accountability, with a targeted year-over-year growth rate of 8–10%.
• An associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, biological or life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient in using standard testing equipment to diagnose and service instrumentation.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Daily local travel is essential for this position, with the potential for overnight travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Previous field service experience in a related area is advantageous.
• High proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
