Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional repair and maintenance services for a select array of company and third-party products.

• Consistently achieve or surpass performance goals set by the Service Manager.

• Maintain and repair current equipment and systems effectively.

• Execute preventative maintenance inspections and initial repairs.

• Offer technical support and training to colleagues and customers.

• Recognize and address issues impacting customer satisfaction and engage in their resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Field Engineer.

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or its equivalent.

• Valid Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).

• Experience in testing Fire Systems.

• Ability to work at heights and/or in confined dusty environments.

• Background in working with elderly or vulnerable individuals.
