This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Travel on a weekly basis to customer locations within the designated territory.
• Execute factory-level installations, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Deliver professional customer support through onsite visits, phone calls, emails, and written communication.
• Advocate for preventive maintenance contracts, calibration services, spare parts, consumables, and equipment sales.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, customer records, and visit reports.
• Oversee and manage the appropriate inventory of spare parts within the service vehicle.
• An associate degree (AE) or an equivalent certification in electronic technology from an accredited technical institution, or equivalent military experience.
• 2–3 years of field service experience in supporting electromechanical equipment.
• Strong skills in electronic troubleshooting along with knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Capability to read and comprehend electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently from a home office environment.
