This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and associated systems.

• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

• Provide training to customers on system operation, software, and accessories.

• Offer remote and on-site technical support to both customers and internal teams.

• Record service activities, solutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms.

• Work collaboratively with global FSE teams and the Field Service Manager to exchange knowledge and coordinate service initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards during service operations.

• Review and contribute to service documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

• Assist with demo and loaner system programs, including verification testing and logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.

• Experience working in Cleanrooms is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with mechanical and electronic aptitude.

• Experience in GMP or GLP environments is preferred.

• Capability to draft and implement SOPs and technical documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Willingness to travel 80% across Europe.
