This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Accountable for delivering high-quality technical support and service to our medical imaging clients.
• Responsibilities encompass the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment, guaranteeing it adheres to the highest operational standards.
• You will operate independently in the field to diagnose and rectify technical problems while complying with safety regulations and OEM specifications.
• Provide service for medical imaging equipment primarily within the United States.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems and computer components to ensure performance meets OEM standards.
• Ensure effective system operation to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
• Drive the company’s progress in engineering expertise.
• Represent the company professionally in all on-site engagements and convey customer feedback efficiently to internal teams.
• Assess, install, and conduct preventive maintenance on imaging equipment, while delivering advanced-level troubleshooting and repairs of electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues.
• Continuously expand your knowledge base in repairing and installing equipment.
• Provide regular updates, feedback, and insights to management, including the Zone Service Director, to foster informed decision-making and ongoing improvement.
• Remain accessible to address technical issues and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Document newly established processes and offer training to end users.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and sustain focus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving using initiative and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timelines are met.

• Valid driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record.
• Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, criminal background check, and drug screening.
• Must pass a medical examination as required by Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and a written assessment if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles.
• Drivers must adhere to on-the-job driver safety training if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
