This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Implement installation and configuration of intricate electro/mechanical equipment and software systems at client locations.
• Assist in ramp-up activities by executing installations in both standard and urgent circumstances.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges faced during installation and startup processes.
• Work collaboratively with the Ramp Manager and field teams to adhere to installation timelines and objectives.
• Ensure that all installations comply with quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Conduct system validation, calibration, and testing to verify operational readiness.
• Record installation activities, issues, and solutions following company protocols.
• Provide constructive feedback to engineering and product teams to enhance installation processes and product effectiveness.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for installation tasks.
• Facilitate customer interactions during installations, ensuring effective communication and professional representation of the company.
• Engage in training programs to remain updated on new products, upgrades, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally; must possess valid travel documentation.
• Up to 50% travel may be required (flexible based on business requirements).
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical, or a related technical field, or equivalent military/technical experience.
• Practical experience with electro/mechanical systems, software integration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity or experience with optics, image processing, or motion control systems is preferred.
• Capacity to work independently in dynamic field settings while upholding a high standard of quality and customer service.
