This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Perform in-home consultations with eligible prospects
β’ Assess customer needs and offer customized solutions
β’ Steer discussions with assurance and organization
β’ Clearly inform customers about products, pricing, and procedures
β’ Address objections with logic, professionalism, and poise
β’ Finalize agreements and confirm the accuracy of all documentation
β’ Uphold strict pipeline discipline and update CRM accordingly
β’ Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure execution
β’ Adhere to pricing, compliance, and procedural standards
β’ Safeguard company margins and maintain brand integrity
β’ Previous experience in solar or high-level sales is not necessary; all candidates are encouraged to apply

β’ Comfort in engaging with customers and managing objections
β’ Confidence, teamwork, and a robust work ethic
