This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Promote NGC products to surpass assigned targets for volume and pricing.
• Build, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with both direct and indirect customers, such as dealers, contractors, builders, and architects, to manage the sales and distribution of our products.
• Formulate, execute, and adopt sales strategies for the territory based on continuous market analysis to identify opportunities for competitive advantage aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with sales management, demand management, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Identify and monitor all relevant job leads and opportunities for product specifications.
• Investigate, assess, report, and resolve customer service issues related to complaints, credit problems, carriers, and sales tools, ensuring customer satisfaction in line with NGC objectives.
• Efficiently organize, plan, and manage activities both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Pursue and maintain any necessary professional certifications and technical expertise.
• Develop a leading industry value proposition regarding technical knowledge, market insights, project expertise, and product representation.
• Manage and adhere to the assigned budget.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred minimum of five years of successful field sales experience, ideally in the building materials sector.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
