This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform daily in-person outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by making unannounced home visits and educating them about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively schedule and conduct a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Navigate a designated territory daily to engage both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Work in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep accurate records within CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach efforts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel, with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, exhibiting a proactive hunting mentality.
• Capable of adapting to various customer types and field scenarios.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
