This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Conduct daily outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients through unannounced home visits, providing in-person education about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively schedule and complete a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Travel within a designated territory daily to engage both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Maintain precise records within CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach efforts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for frequent travel, with a willingness to travel extensively each day.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence is required.
• Results-oriented, embodying a hunter mentality.
• Ability to adapt to various customer types and field situations.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
