This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Partner with the direct manager to pinpoint growth prospects and support essential business initiatives.
• Clearly convey product features, advantages, and total cost of ownership to end-user clients in industrial settings.
• Create and implement a territory strategy to enhance customer engagement and stimulate new sales.
• Increase market share within current accounts while developing new strategic and high-potential clients.
• Conduct customer meetings, plant tours, and product discussions in adherence to customer safety protocols.
• Anticipate revenue, track sales prospects, and observe market trends within the designated territory.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within an industrial context.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Capability to sell value and total cost of ownership effectively.
• Willingness to work remotely and travel within an assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering/technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in managing a geographic sales territory is preferred.
• Experience in industrial wire and cable sales is advantageous.
