This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Enhance business growth and optimize sales potential.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your line manager.
• Follow a specified retail call file and journey plan.
• Achieve the objectives and targets established by your line manager.
• Boost Distribution and Availability of the core range in-store and process necessary orders electronically for all stores to avoid shortages.
• Improve Distribution and Availability within the store by executing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions.
• Accurately record all data and submit it punctually on a daily basis.
• Promote and establish activations in alignment with company targets.
• Handle merchandising off sales.
• Recognize and address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain effective communication with store management and line managers.
• Provide regular feedback through verbal discussions with your manager/coach and via electronically generated spreadsheets.
• Continuously aim to achieve the highest performance standards.
• Uphold CPM and Client standards at all times.
• Participate in a weekly team conference call and attend a team meeting once a month or quarter.
• Generate innovative ideas and approaches for work processes.
• Consistently strive to meet the highest performance standards for customers.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation at all times to complete all tasks.
• A full driving license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales or merchandising within the retail sector is essential.
• A solid understanding of the FMCG sector, particularly knowledge of the convenience channel, is preferred.
