📋 Description

• Conduct visits to a diverse range of commercial properties to assess operations and evaluate property attributes.

• Collect risk-related data and generate precise, customer-oriented reports.

• Organize personal schedule and devise efficient routes for site visits.

• Record observations with meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; preferred areas of study or experience may include Risk Management and Insurance, Construction Management, Property and Liability Insurance, and Safety.

• Exceptional customer service alongside strong verbal and written communication skills. Capability to compose concise and informative reports that meet quality standards.

• High level of proficiency with technology, including laptops, mobile devices, the MS Office suite, and mobile applications.

• Self-driven with effective planning and goal-setting skills, leading to productive and consistent work habits.

• Ability to document and observe specific details and measurements, collect data, and navigate to and from various sites.

• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record in line with company policies.
