Field Representative – Insurance Inspections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site evaluations of commercial properties to identify risk elements and assess business operations.

• Analyze construction materials, fire safety systems, safety protocols, and overall exposure to loss.

• Create comprehensive, detailed reports that assist in underwriting decisions.

• Leverage technology and mobile tools to gather accurate information and ensure top-notch reporting.

• Foster and sustain professional relationships with clients through both in-person and virtual interactions.

• Organize and manage your schedule effectively to complete site visits throughout your designated area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields include Risk Management, Insurance, Construction, or Safety).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for producing clear, high-quality reports.

• Capable of working independently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with technology, including laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, and field tools.

• Willingness to work in a field-based setting, which may involve walking job sites, climbing stairs, and traveling between locations.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within your assigned territory (including occasional overnight trips).

• Capability to work remotely when not in the field, supported by a reliable home office setup.

• Comfortable operating in a variety of environments and under different weather conditions.
