Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Develop and strengthen retail relationships by conducting engaging in-store visits, showcasing product demonstrations, and providing education to budtenders to boost brand visibility and sales.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize inventory management and merchandising, ensuring effective product stocking and display.

• Drive innovative in-store activations and promotions that foster consumer experiences, encouraging product trials and fostering loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline operations, enhance retailer collaborations, and uplift brand standards across various accounts.

• Work alongside the team to exchange insights, innovate workflows, and enhance cannabis retail operations.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to establish trust with retailers, budtenders, and consumers through effective communication.

• Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple retail locations simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining brand standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Leaflink, and Repsly, or an eagerness to quickly learn these tools.

• A genuine passion for cannabis and dedication to Mammoth’s culture.

• Comfortable with extended driving and navigating between various retail locations.

• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and arranging displays.

• Strong visual, auditory, and dexterity skills for managing tools, devices, and promotional setups for 8–10 hours each day.
