Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a designated territory with a focus on providing support for Reimbursement and Patient services.

• Assisting patients with reimbursement issues related to a specific medication.

• Educating healthcare offices about the Payer landscape and the services available through both remote interactions and on-site training sessions.

• Cultivating relationships with physician offices as well as representatives from the manufacturer.

• Operating both independently and in collaboration with internal program hub support services.

• Engaging with providers and internal personnel via telephone communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in healthcare-related reimbursement.

• Strong background in medical reimbursement, particularly with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy processes.

• Preferred experience in supporting oncology products.

• Must possess experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.

• Demonstrated presentation skills and relevant experience.

• Proficient in computer skills, including PowerPoint and virtual meeting platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
