This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will interact directly with lighthouse customers to validate use cases, test messaging effectiveness, and uncover the value propositions that drive deals forward β subsequently bringing those insights back to refine the positioning and sales strategy for EDB Postgres AI.
β’ You will create the playbook context and develop field-facing resources that make core PMM messaging actionable and applicable for the sales team β including use case narratives, competitive context, and customer-facing proof points.
β’ You will identify consistent patterns from signature customer successes and collaborate with PMM and Enablement to transform them into scalable strategies that the entire field can implement.
β’ You will participate in strategic customer meetings where product knowledge and business context are crucial, acting as the bridge between product functionality and customer problem-solving.
β’ You will provide a continuous flow of market intelligence β including what resonates, what challenges arise, and what customers are requesting β back to the team to ensure that developments remain relevant and competitive.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, field marketing, or a similar go-to-market role within a rapidly growing technology company.
β’ Extensive experience collaborating directly with customers and field sales teams β you are at ease in strategic customer meetings and can effectively translate technical details into business value.
β’ Strong instincts regarding what drives successful sales plays β you comprehend pipeline context, deal dynamics, and the actual needs of the sales field to achieve victories.
β’ Proven experience in creating field-facing materials such as playbooks, use cases, competitive positioning, and customer narratives grounded in actual successes.
β’ A builder's mentality β you are motivated by developing what is real, iterating based on insights gained, and transforming a single great win into a replicable process.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: you simplify complex concepts and know how to tailor your message for both technical audiences and economic buyers.
