This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the lead for subcontractor execution within the Program Office.
• Oversee subcontractor costs, timelines, and technical performance.
• Track deliverables and the completion of milestones from subcontractors.
• Conduct regular reviews of subcontractor performance.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and enact corrective actions.
• Ensure that subcontractor performance aligns with program goals.
• Coordinate efforts among Leidos engineering teams, subcontractors, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project managers and technical leads from the team.
• Assist in integrated planning across various organizations.
• Promote collaboration to address execution challenges.
• Work with Contracts and Supply Chain to assist with subcontract award processes.
• Monitor the status of subcontracts from proposal to award and execution.
• Ensure that subcontract documentation meets program schedule requirements.
• Keep track of subcontract modifications and funding actions.
• Aid in onboarding new subcontractors following contract awards.
• Oversee subcontractor budgets and funding usage.
• Monitor schedule performance against contractual milestones.
• Identify variances in cost and schedule.
• Assist in planning corrective actions.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance against technical, cost, and schedule targets.
• Keep track of action items, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Create performance status reports for Program Management.
• Assist in assessments of subcontractor performance.
• Identify risks associated with subcontractor execution.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation in collaboration with Program Management.
• Track subcontractor issues until they are resolved.
• Escalate critical risks that impact program execution.
• Support regular Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Prepare metrics on subcontractor performance.
• Assist with reporting on Earned Value or milestone performance, as necessary.
• Aid in financial forecasting and execution planning.
• Support Government meetings related to subcontractor execution.
• Coordinate responses that require input from subcontractors.
• Assist the Program Manager in updating Government stakeholders on execution status.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
