This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Facilitate and coordinate connections between patients and approved patient resources within the program.
• Deliver direct educational training to patients regarding specific disease conditions and prescribed medications.
• Provide support across various disease conditions and medications as required.
• Offer patient-centric education to encourage behavioral changes and enhance treatment adherence.
• Promote constructive communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
• Engage in one-on-one patient interactions through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, emails, and SMS.
• Adhere to program guidelines while functioning in an educational and non-clinical role.
• Travel up to 60–70% to assist patients within the assigned territory.
• RN licensure is mandatory in the state of residence; a compact multi-state license is preferred where applicable.
• Must hold a current nursing license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience is required, including experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Residence within the designated territory is required.
• Familiarity with clinical data and pharmacology is essential.
• Proven skills in time management, planning, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Strong presentation, motivational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and independently.
• Competence in developing, following, and executing plans on your own.
• A dedicated workspace at home is required.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with iPad technology.
• Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
• Capability to travel up to 60–70% is required.
• Adherence to client requirements for on-site personnel to be fully vaccinated may be necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree and/or BSN is preferred.
• Experience as a nurse educator is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
