This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical expertise and veterinary assistance to small animal veterinary practitioners, clinic staff, technicians, KOLs, academic faculty and students in veterinary universities, as well as all external stakeholders within the designated territory.

• Ensure that all scientific resources and technical activities provide value to customers, thereby enhancing Zoetis’s brand equity and establishing a significant competitive edge at the customer level both within and outside the assigned territory.

• Collaborate closely with field colleagues.

• Facilitate and empower the team to deliver scientific and technical support to clients regarding pet health, disease prevention, diagnosis, vaccinations, approved guidelines, and disease management.

• Accountable for training, coaching, and enhancing the technical competency scores of field personnel.

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for the product portfolio and services grounded in medical insights from practicing veterinarians.

• Engage in technical discussions with veterinary professionals, organize and lead customer meetings, conduct clinical/field trials, gather product feedback, and submit timely pharmacovigilance reports.

• Strategize, implement, and coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans aligned with current and future product development and launches.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in veterinary sciences (BVSc. & AH).

• Master’s degree in veterinary science (MVSc) is preferred, particularly in clinical and para-clinical subjects.

• Valid state and/or national veterinary practitioner registration license.

• Valid passport.

• Valid driving license (2/4-wheeler).

• Proficient in IT.

• Competent in using standard business software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with other communication tools.

• Experience: 2-5 years in the field providing veterinary-related technical support and solutions.

• Knowledge and experience in companion animal diseases, diagnosis, vaccination, and treatment.

• Experience in technical engagement with veterinary professionals and other external stakeholders.

• Experience working in multinational corporations with teams from diverse backgrounds.

• Experienced in presenting to larger groups of veterinarians and KOLs at conferences and meetings.

• Committed to staying updated on technical issues and training the team.

• Language: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an added advantage.
