This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)

• Enhance scientific engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and other key stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactical strategies

• Create and implement the MSL Effectiveness Model

• Conduct assessments of MSL scientific engagement with external parties

• Formulate field medical strategy in alignment with the US Medical Affairs strategy

• Facilitate the generation of field insights and ensure appropriate communication to relevant stakeholders

• Supervise the creation of field medical resources and training programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced medical or scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DNP)

• 5+ years of experience in field medical roles, including a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership position

• Proven track record of managing high-performing field teams

• Established ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues as well as external KOLs and HCPs

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex scientific information in a relevant clinical context

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
