Field Marketing Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all operational elements of program development, including strategy, creative development, production, budgeting, and evaluation.

• Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Facilitate client presentations, meetings, and training sessions with professionalism and clarity.

• Communicate effectively, providing clear and actionable feedback to internal teams.

• Convert client feedback into informed strategic and tactical guidance.

• Offer thought leadership and strategic suggestions that align with client objectives.

• Proactively address challenges with efficient and effective solutions.

• Evaluate and enhance agency workflows and processes to achieve better results.

• Handle daily client communications, monitor campaign progress, and manage budget reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client service or account management position, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.

• Experience with military clients or a personal military background is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Integrated Agency Teams (IATs) and interagency collaboration is a plus.

• Experience across both traditional and digital media channels is beneficial.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proven ability to manage intricate projects across multiple teams.

• Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented approach, able to lead with minimal guidance.

• High comfort level working with creative processes and production timelines.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in budget management and finding cost-effective solutions to complex issues.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and client stakeholders.

• Energetic, optimistic, and team-oriented.

• Willing to travel as required.
