This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• This position is crucial in fostering pipeline growth for both new and existing businesses through events, digital initiatives, and close cooperation with our US sales team and channel partners.
• You will serve as the primary contact for sales representatives and marketing team members, responsible for translating our global marketing strategy into actionable plans within the US market.
• You will closely collaborate with our Global Demand Generation Manager, who concentrates on campaign strategy and systems, while you will take charge of the execution and regional influence.
• This role reports directly to the VP Marketing.
• Lead US field marketing efforts aimed at driving pipeline growth, managing programs that facilitate new customer acquisition and expansion within current accounts, while ensuring high-quality and on-brand execution.
• Work in close partnership with Sales, Tech Alliances, and Channel partners to synchronize on target accounts, event strategies, follow-up plans, and co-marketing initiatives that enhance regional pipeline impact.
• Implement regional campaigns and events across digital, in-person, and virtual formats, overseeing promotion, logistics, vendors, and timelines to deliver effective and impactful experiences.
• Monitor and optimize performance by tracking key metrics, reporting on engagement and pipeline contributions, and continuously refining activities to enhance results.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience in executing events or field marketing programs.
• Capability to manage several events and campaigns concurrently.
• Experience collaborating with or supporting sales teams.
• Understanding of Account Based Marketing and account penetration (up-sell & cross-sell).
• Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot is REQUIRED; HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on performance and costs (ROI).
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in cross-functional contexts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region and internationally.
