This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and take ownership of the regional marketing plan that aligns with commercial objectives and Unit4’s vertical go-to-market strategy.
• Convert global and regional priorities into a practical, scalable, and localized field marketing framework.
• Lead and inspire the regional team by providing guidance, coaching, and consistent performance feedback.
• Serve as the senior field marketing representative for the region, participating in regional leadership and commercial discussions.
• Drive the implementation of integrated, multi-channel field marketing campaigns throughout the region, utilizing a blend of local initiatives and global programs.
• Ensure that campaigns support the entire customer lifecycle, from demand generation to expansion and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure that regional activities align with go-to-market targets and strategy.
• Maintain consistent messaging, positioning, and articulation of customer value across all regional initiatives.
• Define and oversee the regional strategy for new business and customer events, including executive programs, third-party events, and strategic sponsorships.
• Supervise the planning and execution of impactful regional and local field events to enhance engagement, pipeline, and customer loyalty.
• Ensure best practices in 360° event marketing across planning, promotion, execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior commercial stakeholders and regional leadership.
• Manage external partners, agencies, vendors, venues, and media relationships to guarantee high-quality execution and optimal return on investment.
• Oversee regional field marketing performance reporting, focusing on pipeline contribution, ROI, and business outcomes.
• Provide ongoing insights to regional and global stakeholders regarding effectiveness, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.
• Promote a data-driven, test-and-learn culture aimed at continuous improvement and scalability.
• Responsible for overseeing the regional field marketing budget, ensuring adherence to financial, procurement, and governance processes.
• Strike a balance between strategic investment and local flexibility to maximize commercial impact.
• At least 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within a technology, SaaS, or consulting context.
• Proven expertise in leading regional or multi-country field marketing programs and teams.
• Strong foundation in account-based marketing, funnel management, and complex B2B sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success in delivering multi-channel integrated campaigns and events that have measurable pipeline impact.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with Sales and Business Development leadership.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and working with external agencies and vendors.
• Confident and influential communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
• Highly organized, self-motivated leader with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
