This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Enterprise marketing pipeline metrics, ensuring that programs effectively generate both sourced and influenced revenue.
• Oversee the Enterprise marketing budget, maintaining accountability for return on investment (ROI) and the overall impact of programs.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales leaders to align field marketing initiatives with the priorities of Tier 1 accounts and territories.
• Plan and execute targeted events and experiences (such as executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and virtual events) aimed at fostering relationships and accelerating deal closures.
• Work in conjunction with the events team to guarantee the success of large-scale programs, including Reimagine and other flagship events.
• Develop integrated campaign support surrounding events (including emails, LinkedIn campaigns, content assets, and gifting) to broaden outreach both prior to and following the events.
• Collaborate with customer marketing to facilitate expansion within existing accounts, supplementing net-new acquisition strategies.
• Manage event logistics comprehensively (including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and onsite execution) while linking every activity to its impact on the pipeline.
• Create clear reports on program ROI, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration to present to marketing and sales leadership.
• Stay informed on best practices in account-based marketing (ABM) and experiential marketing; proactively contribute innovative ideas for creating memorable, revenue-generating experiences.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, demonstrating success in field marketing or account-based events specifically for enterprise sales teams.
• Proven ability to design and execute events linked to account strategies, as opposed to merely focusing on general awareness.
• Strong skills in project and budget management; capable of handling multiple events simultaneously with accuracy.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to directly connect programs to their impact on the pipeline.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable platforms), and at ease working with intent data and account lists.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and leadership teams.
• Open to adapting to changes in job responsibilities as needed by the business and accepting additional duties as assigned.
