This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Take charge of developing referral relationships within designated markets.
• Construct and sustain strategic referral channels across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 provider networks.
• Facilitate the growth of both surgical and non-operative service lines within the assigned regions.
• Recognize opportunities for expanding referrals, developing partnerships, and activating local markets.
• Contribute to achieving territory growth targets related to NPVs, admissions, and referral pipeline influence.
• Assist in initiatives to develop pipelines for new and expanding markets.
• Act as the primary field marketing liaison for designated providers and territories.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key referring physicians, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners.
• Organize high-value meetings for providers, VIP visits, and strategic introductions for PRM surgeons and providers.
• Promote provider visibility initiatives, which include educational events, partnerships, webinars, and regional activations.
• Collaborate with providers to pinpoint local growth opportunities and market demands.
• Work closely with Campaign Management to implement regional growth strategies and local market activations.
• Assist in executing new launches, referral campaigns, educational programming, and strategic partnerships.
• Aid in market-specific outreach that aligns with national marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content teams to enhance local market awareness and referral growth strategies.
• Engage in selected conferences, provider events, and strategic partnership opportunities as necessary.
• Provide field insights and market intelligence to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support discussions on forecasting and growth planning initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, field marketing, referral growth, or strategic business development.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in dynamic healthcare organizations.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently across designated territories.
• Preferred experience in supporting physician practices, specialty healthcare, or multi-location healthcare organizations.
• Strong preference for candidates with a passion for women’s health, healthcare advocacy, and patient-centered care.
