This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement regional field marketing strategies that align with the global vision and North America objectives.
• Organize memorable virtual and in-person events, ranging from platform engineering roundtables to developer meetups and enterprise field programs.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline development through strategic initiatives, effective handoffs, and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to tailor campaign content and messaging for audiences in North America.
• Assist in executing co-branded campaigns and joint events with key alliances, resellers, and channel partners.
• Work closely with sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-priority accounts, transforming target account lists into genuine conversations and pipeline opportunities.
• Manage account-specific materials, communications, and campaign interactions that bolster sales outreach and pipeline development.
• Aid in pre-event ABM activities, including coordination of target accounts, personalized outreach assistance, and follow-up strategies.
• Ensure projects remain organized, timelines are adhered to, and chaos is minimized across regional campaigns and events.
• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within B2B technology or developer-centric organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Practical experience in executing regional field marketing initiatives, including events, partner campaigns, and sales-aligned marketing activities.
• Familiarity with supporting or executing account-based marketing programs, encompassing target account planning, personalized campaign interactions, and sales collaboration.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proficiency in managing timelines, vendors, details, and cross-functional contributions.
• Proven experience working closely with sales teams to advance pipeline objectives and regional priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while remaining organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Asana or comparable systems.
