This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
⢠Take ownership of the Northeast field marketing strategy, aligning regional objectives with sales priorities to ensure every initiative contributes to clear pipeline and revenue targets.
⢠Design and implement demand generation initiatives, such as third-party and Chainguard-hosted events, both in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, roadshows, and direct mail efforts.
⢠Serve as the marketing lead for the regionāevaluating funnel health, collaborating with AEs on pipeline coverage, and making necessary adjustments throughout the quarter.
⢠Collaborate closely with the BDR team to guarantee prompt, high-quality follow-up on leads generated from events and programs.
⢠Tailor campaigns and assets for Canadian audiences, ensuring that messaging, content, and experiences resonate with buyers in Toronto, Ontario, and Eastern Canada.
⢠Anticipate and assess the impact of field initiatives on the sales cycle, leveraging data to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
⢠Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales leadership, representatives, BDRs, and regional partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
⢠Minimum of 6 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation.
⢠Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful regional marketing plans aimed at pipeline generation within prospect accounts.
⢠Familiarity with marketing in the Enterprise software security sector, targeting security and engineering leadership roles.
⢠Experience in international or multi-country regional marketing, adapting global marketing strategies and initiatives for local markets.
⢠In-depth knowledge of the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canadian markets, particularly Toronto and the greater Ontario region.
⢠Highly adept at collaborating with sales leaders to comprehend regional priorities, devising comprehensive strategies and execution plans, and independently managing program-level execution without requiring direction at the activity level.
⢠Proven capability to plan and execute a diverse range of field events tailored to priority accounts and region-specific audiences.
⢠Data-driven approachācomfortable utilizing funnel metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on findings.
⢠Strong cross-functional collaborator who can establish relationships across sales, BDR, and marketing teams and align initiatives with business goals.
⢠Must reside in Canada (preferably Ontario) with previous experience covering the Canadian market.
⢠Willingness to travel approximately 30% for events in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada.
