This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Functions as a Field Marketing specialist engaging with agencies within the designated territory.
• Responsible for overseeing and nurturing agency relationships within a specific area.
• Tracks new binding activities and renewal retention for the designated group of agents.
• Supplies agents with marketing insights related to product opportunities.
• Utilizes a consultative marketing approach and provides comprehensive production data to educate and assist agents.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for communication from agents in the assigned territory.
• Addresses inquiries and employs problem-solving abilities to resolve issues for both agents and customers.
• Maintains an adequate level of product knowledge to effectively train agents on our offerings.
• Identifies and conveys concerns raised by individual agents as well as shifts in the marketplace concerning competitors.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of seven years of related work experience.
• Advanced marketing and sales skills.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adherence to company guidelines regarding the acceptability and profitability of applications, accounts, and policies.
