This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the AVANT Midwest and South Central Sales teams in organizing and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at recruiting, enabling, and expanding AVANT’s Trusted Advisors network.
• Keep both sales teams informed about updated tools, resources, and marketing trends and strategies, while also conveying the AVANT Sales team's perspective during marketing planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and exchange best practices with other regions and teams.
• Organize regional and local events while overseeing onsite event management from start to finish.
• Provide sales with pre and post-event registration lists along with actionable items.
• Manage event vendor logistics, including RFPs, site visits, contract negotiations, signatures, purchase requests, purchase orders, payments, and onsite management for related vendors.
• Oversee budget requirements through strategic recommendations and operational efficiencies, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing to ensure all tactical components are in place and report on program success.
• Ensure quality assurance so that AVANT branding and messaging in marketing materials are clear, consistent, and optimized across different regions.
• Support additional marketing requests and one-off tasks to foster the growth of key initiatives.
• Work with Vendor Management for MDF sponsorship coordination.
• Monitor and report on event metrics and their impact.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in event management.
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate across multiple teams to build trust and credibility.
• Proven success in managing projects across functional teams.
• Capability to effectively multitask and oversee several initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Cvent, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
