• This role is primarily accountable for executing and managing all service operations for Area site locations within the designated territory.
• Ensure adherence to operational strategy and contractual obligations to maintain consistency in site performance and uphold service excellence standards.
• Initiates, organizes, and leads efforts for account expansions and renewals.
• Advocates for the effective utilization of internal recruitment and selection processes to attract and onboard talent.
• Sets objectives, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and holds team members accountable for their contributions.
• Works collaboratively with other leaders, team members, and both internal and external customers to implement solutions or initiatives.
• Establishes expectations and empowers others to address challenges, facilitating discussions that lead to innovative solutions.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience in multi-site operations management with direct client interaction in a professional business environment within the facilities management or related outsourcing sector.
• Successful completion of all Site Manager Level training is required for internal candidates.
• A valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage as per Ricoh policy are required.
