This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Field Finance Manager is tasked with the development, execution, and oversight of financing solutions that facilitate the growth of partners and their customers throughout North America.
• This position acts as the main point of contact between our regional commercial teams, partners, financial institutions, and our corporate finance team.
• Create, structure, and enhance financing solutions that are customized to the business models of partners and the needs of end-users.
• Assess partner requirements, credit profiles, business cases, and market trends to devise competitive and compliant financing alternatives.
• Collaborate with corporate finance, treasury, legal, and risk management teams to ensure adherence to global policies, capital structures, and compliance standards.
• Serve as the financial lead during negotiations with partners and customers, effectively articulating financing scenarios.
• Manage the implementation and lifecycle of financing programs across the region, establishing KPIs to gauge success.
• Act as the primary liaison between North America operations and the corporate finance team, ensuring seamless communication.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in finance, financial services, commercial finance, or financing programs for partners/end-users.
• Extensive knowledge of financing instruments including leasing, loans, subscription models, usage-based financing, and structured financial solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to present intricate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with proficiency in scenario modeling, risk assessment, and financial data interpretation.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers both internally and externally.
• An MBA, CFA, or an equivalent advanced finance qualification is preferred.
• Experience partnering with large channel ecosystems or technology partners.
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks within multinational organizations.
• Prior experience supporting North American markets in a matrix corporate setting.
