This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

• Advocate for the Superfeet brand, product range, and philosophy during clinics, events, and store visits.
• Cultivate customer relationships and sustain connections with key stakeholders.
• Drive retail sales through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Organize and participate in consumer and account events.
• Assist in executing seasonal marketing strategies.
• Travel daily within the territory to provide comprehensive service visits to both National and Independent accounts.
• Manage merchandise details, supply or order necessary tools, and train sales associates.
• Oversee sell-through programs and established metrics for an assigned account portfolio.
• Recognize growth opportunities and collaborate with sales representatives to formulate and implement strategies.
• Share market insights and account feedback through the CRM platform.
• Embrace new responsibilities, support team members, acquire new skills, and enhance team performance.
• Expand professional expertise in the footwear industry and the insole sector.
• Must currently reside in the Los Angeles, CA area or be willing to relocate.
• Possess a passionate, customer-focused attitude that reflects empathy and care.
• Capability to motivate and inspire others.
• Employ a creative, innovative approach to challenges.
• Ability to build and sustain strong industry relationships across various channels.
• Self-driven and flexible while traveling throughout the territory.
• Proficient in time management and multitasking.
• Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends is required.
• Knowledge of sporting goods or specialty retail, footwear, foot biomechanics, fitness/wellness/athletics, or sports marketing/management is preferred.
• Relevant retail sales experience or formal education is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
