This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Train and inspire retail sales personnel, fostering enthusiasm while imparting knowledge about brands, products, and effective sales techniques.
• Promote HOKA brands both in-store and at events, driving consumer sales.
• Seek out opportunities within new and existing consumer demographics in the field.
• Collaborate with the Field Experience Manager to ensure alignment with regional and brand objectives, implementing territory plans.
• Develop and manage seasonal territory support strategies that are in line with overarching directives.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities related to retailers and consumers, organizing effective schedules and engaging in team meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history are required.
• Demonstrated experience with a consumer-first approach and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Familiarity with HOKA products is essential.
• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships with colleagues, superiors, sales representatives, and retail staff.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization are required.
• A history of consistent follow-through is important.
• Experience in providing one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be necessary to transport materials or equipment.
