Field Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Organize and plan monthly brand clinics, facilitating engaging and informative training sessions.

• Design enjoyable and memorable learning experiences for both retail staff and consumers.

• Oversee and coordinate demo and event schedules, providing high-energy, product-centered experiences.

• Generate consumer enthusiasm and enhance retail sell-through during events and activations.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key partners, infusing energy and authenticity into every interaction.

• Establish trust and credibility with leadership and stakeholders.

• Manage a dynamic schedule effectively, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

• Monitor and report all field activities to guarantee transparency and accountability.

• Handle territory-based travel and logistics, while supporting out-of-territory events and activations.

• Remain flexible and comfortable with extensive travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.

• Experience in providing one-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear.

• Familiarity with all products available from HOKA.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly Outlook.

• Background in consumer-first strategies and maintaining professional relationships.

• Ability to foster and sustain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales representatives, and retail staff.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.

• Proven track record of follow-through and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
