This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Educate and engage retail sales personnel on HOKA brands, products, and effective sales techniques.
• Conduct regular store visits and engage in floor work within the designated territory.
• Represent HOKA at consumer and retail-facing demonstrations and events.
• Identify opportunities with both new and existing consumer groups, connecting them with retail.
• Collaborate with the Field Experience Manager to develop and execute territory plans that align with regional and brand objectives.
• Gather, share, and report consumer feedback along with market insights.
• Develop seasonal support strategies for the territory.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities for both retailers and consumers.
• Plan and execute weekly schedules for travel, communication, and deadlines.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to address business priorities and partner needs.
• Support HOKA events, including marathons, expos, trail races, and key brand moments.
• Assist with event setup, execution, consumer engagement, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Represent HOKA with professionalism and enthusiasm at major events.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Experience with a consumer-first strategy is essential.
• Proven ability to maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships.
• Familiarity with all HOKA products is expected.
• A passion for running, fitness, outdoor culture, and the HOKA brand is important.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Ability to educate and influence diverse audiences is necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills are essential.
• A strong record of follow-through is required.
• Experience in one-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear and apparel.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and self-motivate is crucial.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive is essential.
• Ability to prepare and present information effectively to client groups is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, is necessary.
