This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and upkeep of enablement programs, which encompass training courses, learning paths, onboarding experiences, certifications, and release-readiness initiatives.
• Aid in the standardization and maintenance of scalable program structures across various roles, regions, quarters, onboarding phases, and recurring enablement activities.
• Support daily enablement operations, which include assignments, tracking, reminders, reporting checks, content updates, and request routing.
• Help manage and maintain enablement platforms, content libraries, and learning systems to guarantee that materials are accurate, organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Assist with content lifecycle management, including updates, organization, tagging, archiving, optimization, and repurposing of existing resources.
• Contribute to onboarding pathways, certification requirements, role-based curricula, and program frameworks aligned with evolving business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure that training and content are aligned with current priorities, messaging, and workflows.
• Facilitate enablement requests by assisting in the intake, organization, routing, tracking, and follow-through on tasks across the team.
• Help monitor enablement engagement, completion, adoption, platform usage, and other performance indicators to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to documentation, process discipline, team site maintenance, audits, and operational consistency as the team expands.
• Utilize AI and automation to minimize manual tasks, expedite documentation and reporting, enhance process consistency, and boost the overall productivity of the team.
• Engage in enablement projects and initiatives, taking ownership of defined workstreams and driving execution from planning to completion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Learning and Development, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience, including internships, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, technology, sales enablement, learning, operations, or program support setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking details, and delivering high-quality work punctually.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while effectively collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, sales tools, or enablement platforms is preferred, such as Seismic, Seismic Learning, Spekit, Gong, Second Nature, Salesforce, Agentforce, or similar tools.
• Comfort in using AI, automation, or workflow tools to enhance productivity, minimize manual work, and streamline repeatable processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to organize information clearly for diverse audiences.
• An analytical mindset that allows for data review, trend identification, and extraction of insights to enhance enablement programs and operations.
• Detail-oriented approach to content organization, system hygiene, process documentation, and operational follow-through.
• A willingness to learn new tools, processes, enablement practices, and AI-supported methodologies.
• This position may qualify for a bonus.
