Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Independently travel to commercial properties by car or plane to gather accurate data.

• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement devices, and specialized software.

• Document measurements of buildings, HVAC placements, windows, signage, landscaping, utility meters, dumpsters, and parking information.

• Collect data, perform measurements, and input information while ensuring precision.

• Communicate with property managers to obtain access details for appointments and arrival times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any meticulous outdoor fieldwork.

• Comfortable working on ladders (up to 30 feet in height).

• Dependable vehicle capable of transporting a 6-foot ladder and suitable for long-distance travel.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Proficiency with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile applications, photography tools).

• Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions with care.

• Focused, organized, and self-driven when working independently.
