
Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Travel out of state from Monday to Friday (typically home on most weekends)
• Independently drive or fly to various commercial properties to capture accurate data
• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement instruments, and specialized software to document building measurements, locations of sprinklers and HVAC systems, windows, signage, landscaping, utility meters, dumpsters, parking details, and both interior and exterior features
• Liaise with property managers to obtain access information for scheduled appointments
• Background in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any other detail-oriented outdoor fieldwork
• Comfortable working on ladders (up to 30 feet in height)
• Dependable vehicle suitable for transporting a 6-foot ladder and for long-distance travel
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with technology (including iPads, laptops, mobile applications, and photography equipment)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and organized, especially when working independently
